Costa Rican politicians to be followed by GPS

Politicians will have GPS satellite devices installed in their respective motorcades.
GPS or Global Positioning System is military trickle down technology that can provide a location which is accurate to ten meters.
Constituents can view the movement of the candidates on the national newspaper’s website. La Nacion.com.
Presidential candidates Laura Chinchilla, Otto Guevára, Ottón Solis can also be followed on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
This year’s 43rd Presidential Election brings both GPS and Social Media to mainstream Costa Rica.
