Costa Rica Views just hit 60,000 fans with Carlos Ibanez Marrero’s subscription. Congratulations Señor Ibanez and thank you! Señor Ibanez is one of nearly 400 million users that Facebook connects. Facebook just turned six years old this last Thursday. Grown from a college boy’s idea to communicate with his friends, Facebook is a worldwide phenomenon. It is a network that is changing the face of human relationships in ways never imagined in our wildest dreams.

460,000 Facebook users live in Costa Rica. A year ago barely a hundred thousand were using it. Word of mouth has turned into word at Facebook. News travels fast in many languages in this medium and Facebook knows it. This year you can expect improvements to their basic menus and an upgrading of their chat feature to compete with the current chat website leaders.
